Larry's Lasagna Part II

Ok, where were we? So, at this point preheat the oven to 350F. And while we're waiting for the oven to get warm, we start putting stuff in the pan. First, start with coating the bottom of the pan with the pasta sauce.

Begin the first layer with lasagna noodle. Forgot to mention, I used the TJ's no boil lasagna noodle. Saves time and less pots to wash. Then add the Ricotta cheese mixture (Ricotta also from TJ's), followed by a generous scoop of the pasta sauce.

Finish off the layer with a topping of Mozzarella and Parmesan (also from TJ's...actually everything's from TJ's except for the Insanity sauce - from Lani).

Then repeat for two more layers.

When the last layer's done, cover it with foil and throw it in the oven for about 45 min to an hour. You can tell that it's done by peeling back the foil to see if it's bubbling underneath. Take it out of the oven, and wait for it to cool down, and eat!

Well, that's it. Not much to it. Pleasure and pain all in a pan. So, it looks like Rich liked it. Hope you guys will too. Try it, it's easy.

Well, I think that's it for the food blog. As much as I enjoy eating, I enjoy drinking as well! How about Beer O' the Month blog? Actually, it's about time I get back in shape. Maybe B I K E with Larry blog? Mahalo and aloha.
